Redcar and Cleveland Teacher Training Partnership (RCTTP) is a fully accredited initial teacher training provider. RCTTP was originally set up in 2002 and was graded as Outstanding in all areas following our most recent Ofsted Inspection.
Our aim is to train reflective practitioners with the necessary skills to become committed, creative, enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals, able to meet the demands of teaching in the 21st century. We are a small and highly supportive provider. Our strength stems from the relationships that we have firmly established with our Partnership Schools and that we develop with our trainees over the course of the training year.
