Dear Induction Tutors, ECTs and Headteachers
Thank you for choosing Tees Valley Teaching School Hub as your Appropriate Body. To fulfil our statutory duty, we are required to brief those involved in Induction of ECTs.
We have arranged a series of face-to-face briefings, across September, in various locations.
All Induction Tutors and Year 1 and Year 2 ECTs are required to attend 1 of the events, headteachers can join if they wish. If the headteacher is acting as the Induction Tutor their attendance is required.
Please find below links to the various sessions that have been arranged. Please note booking is essential due to capacity restrictions in each venue. Tickets are available via Eventbrite.

For Induction Tutors, who are new to role, and require training there is a separate session which is taking place online on Tuesday 19th September. Details for this, and to book, are available via the following link.

Please note:
If your school is part of Bishop Chadwick, Bishop Wilkinson, NET or NPCAT trusts, separate arrangements have been put in place for your briefing via your Trust. However, if you require training on the role of Induction Tutor you will need to attend the session detailed above.
