This is the introductory event to welcome all new Year 1 ECTs and Mentors into the ECF Training as they begin their careers as new teachers. As part of this welcome event we will also incorporate Module 1 of the training: Enabling Pupil Learning. This is an event for both Year 1 ECTs and their Mentors.
